Could definitely be a lot faster in drive through. This BK is known as the slow one. So, you stop there if you have a few minutes to spare - NOT if you're in a hurry! Food is usually hot and order is accurate, it's just the wait time that needs improvement.

Good service fresh food

My favorite BK in the area. Always pleasant, fast and friendly. Never once had an error in my order. Always fresh. The fries are crispy never cold and soggy. Coke`s are always tasty. Like McD's coke. They have a good dollar menu, and cheap value menu.

Burger King have good product. It's the service that needs help. Not just at this Burger King all of them. They need to invest in customer service. It never fails the food is cold. The time I went my nuggets was hot but the burger and fries cold. Then I had to wait . I should not have to wait for cold food.

Horrible service manager Marcus at 9:30pm on 3/1/17 was extremely rude over the phone. Did not even offer to replace the food that was wrong, they was out of chicken nuggets and onion rings. I don't know what is hard to understand when asking for the whopper to be plain, but somehow they decided plain meant ketchup only. The manager hung up on me, and told me the only compensation I would receive would b better service next time. I will never return to this establishment. Worst burger king ever

Slow to acknowledge guests stale bun undercooked patties.

The lady who took my order was very pleasant! She was fast and accurate. The sandwich was perfect! My only gripe was with the lukewarm fries. And that's only because I LOVE FRIES. Other than that everything was fine! I'd definitely eat there again.

Service was good. Food was even better.pricing was great also.My order was incorrect but the manager made sure we received our correct order. The sour dough king was delicious..

The employees are very welcoming and friendly. I was waited on right away and didn't have to wait even 3 minutes to get my food.

This place never fails to deliver. They have excellent food for reasonable prices, there is no waiting time even when they are packed.

Good food, clean dining room, tolerably friendly staff. Service was fast. Minus a star because of poor ventilation. The whole front dining area was filled with some sort of haze from the kitchen. Also, the Coke Freestyle machine was out of most of the options, but it still had more flavors than most BKs.

Because the BBQ sauce is a lil tangy and the chicken is the best it's on point

Over charged us, cold, burnt, dry, flaky food. I’m never eating there again. We took our grandma out to eat and the only thing she wanted was Burger King. Wouldn’t recommend for the extremely overpriced nasty food.

I ordered. I was told to pull up and wait. 5 minutes.10 minutes. Then person who arrived 7 minutes after me got their multiple order. I had to ask where is my order. Not good customer service

Ordered grill chicken sandwich and got crispy chicken smothered in catch up, also wanted a Whopper Jr and got a bacon cheeseburger. Gave 2 stars because they got the no onions and no fries right. Wasn't supposed to have any and didn't get any. What we got was ok just wasn't what we ordered

They are slow, burn the food, and make you pull away from the drive thru to give you the burnt food. Sad sad place with sad sad employees

Got the wrong order then after about after 15 minutes asked for my money back. For some reason BK's are a joke here around Baton Rouge.

Waited several minutes before I could even place my order. After waiting another several minutes in line, I'm waved at from the drive thru window, and told not to pull up any further. After another wait, I can finally pull forward to receive my drink at least. I ask to make sure the food is ready before I pay since I've already waited an eternity, and I'm told it is not even cooked yet. During all of this, I noticed several parking spaces being occupied without any patrons inside the restaurant. Come to find out, the night shift crews at this location are notorious for getting you to pull up and wait in a parking space, because it keeps their wait time down, and can deceive the system. If you decide to eat here, bring some "appetizers" to enjoy while you are waiting on your meals.

11:30 PM I pulled up to a Burger King that's suppose to be 24 hours and they tell me they're closed.

Went to Burger King. Placed order. Was directed to pull up and wait after placing order. #8 chicken sandwich plain add cheese and tomatos. I waited. I get home open bag to find over fried French fries. Seemed they were put back to frier. Hard. Threw away. Opened sandwich. Suprised to see lettuce in paper wrapping. Opened sandwich to find someone had wiped the mayonnaise off sandwich. Sandwitch cold. Very disappointed with service.

One of the best burger King around

Probably the slowest location I’ve ever been to. Waited for 25 minutes in the drive thru line after paying. Understaffed. Two stars because the guy at the window was at least nice.

Horrible Burger King. Been living here for a few years and this is the worst Burger King i’ve ever been to. Customer service is terrible, food is awful, and LONG waits.

I have eaten here twice since they have remodeled the store and have gotten the worst service I have ever gotten at any store. The workers were rude and disrespectful. The food was ok but having ok food does not over write the service I got here.

Was only serving fried food. I was the only one there and it was like pulling teeth to get any kind of service. Lazy lazy and rude!!!!
